The State of Kentucky Department For Public Health provides a central database for public records such as birth, death, marriage and divorce records. The file available in the Office however is not complete as some records such as divorce documents, starts from 1958 up to the present only. Records prior the said date is available only from the circuit county clerk’s office where the divorce was granted.
